All riders must be over 25 years old and have held a full motorcycle licence for the past 3 years without suspension

Sidecar riders must be experienced in the driving of sidecars or have taken training to a level that CBEsprit deem satisfactory for safety on the roads. Classic Bike Esprit organises individual sidecar schools for the inexperienced.

All riders must sign the rental contract and show a valid  identity card and  driving licence before taking the vehicle

Rental is for a calendar day unless arranged otherwise

Pick up and drop off at Classic Bike Esprit , St Remy de Provence, unless arranged otherwise

Pick up time from 09h00  unless otherwise arranged

Drop off time before  19h00 unless otherwise arranged

Classic Bike Esprit reserves the right to refuse rental to any client, for whatever reason. In such circumstances any deposit paid will be refunded to the client

Insurance is third party only.  A security deposit of 2500€ (solo bike), 1500€ (125cc scooter)  or 3000€ (sidecar) will be taken at the beginning of the rental period , in the form of cash, French bank cheque or by credit card. In the event of an accident the deposit will be held until damage has been estimated and the relevant monies deducted from the deposit, up to a maximum amount of the  deposit.

Any fines incurred by a rider whilst in the possession of a vehicle belonging to Classic Bike Esprit will be passed on to the rider.

The client must contact Classic Bike Esprit immediately if he/she is aware of a problem with a rental machine.

For long term rentals the client is responsible for the good maintenance of the machine throughout the rental period.

Vehicles must not be taken out of France, unless by prior arrangement with Classic Bike Esprit. To do so will render the insurance null and void.
